Continuous spraying tunnel sterilization and cooling for bottles juice sterilizer
Spraying Sterilizing & Cooling Tunnel is designed specially for milk, juice, drink, beer, food and drug after packaging, which can help to postpone the storage period by sterilizing and cooling. It is recommended as a second pasteurization in the piplining. It can be prepared in different process even with high auto-controlling according to the specific request from customer like heating, sterilizing, warm-keeping and cooling.
This equipment can provide the working performance which is more equal, compensate and rapid than traditional water sterilization which can help to improve the efficiency and decrease the manufacturing cost and improve market competition for the customers. The main character of this equipment is that the net can be used for a long time, and won’t bring a large distortion in high temperature, which is used the imported spray mouth to homogenize the flow and temperature. The temperature can be chosen as the PLC or PID controlling.
This machine can be customized to equip the Full automatic control system, and PLC or PID control for sterilizing.

Bottle tilting sterilization chain
Instruction:
Continuous bottle tilting sterilization chain is designed by absorbing technology of same procedures from foreign model machine. Its linear velocity is 0-15 meters per minute, sterilization time is 25-60 seconds and motor adopts conversion motor.
Characteristics:
- Stable conveying without shaking and jumping.
- The products are tilting upended on the sterilization chain, of which the lean angle is not more than 93 degree to ensure full effectiveness.
- The machine has the advantages of conveying smoothly, beautiful shape and little noise.
